Summary Clomid
Clomid (clomiphene) is intended to be used as a follow-up. Many people only use Nolvadex (tamoxifen) as a follow-up while clomid ensures the promotion of natural testosterone. Clomid actually ensures that you do not get a dip after a cure. It is advisable to combine both nolvadex and clomid after a course of treatment. If you buy both you can do two courses with the jars. It is not wise to save money on your aftercare. If you have had a heavy course and especially if you have done a long course of more than 12 weeks, it is even advisable to take HCG (pregnyl) for 2 weeks before you start on nolvadex and clomid.
Half-life
Clomid is active in the human body for five to seven days.
Use Clomid
Clomid should be taken four to six times a day in the first week. After a week, taking it two to three times a day is sufficient. You use it for about three weeks to restore hormone production. It has a lot of benefit for the promotion of the libido in the after-cycle and therefore it is highly recommended. For many people it is more important than nolvadex.
